This notice is prepared by Siendra, acting as data controller, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Personal Data Processed and Purpose

The name, e-mail, organization/brand and message content you share via the contact and demo request forms are processed to respond to your request, plan the demo process and communicate with you.

Legal Basis and Transfers

Your data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest and the performance of your request (GDPR Art. 6/1(b) and (f)). It is shared only with technical service providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (such as the map service on the contact page) and with competent authorities where legally required, and only to the extent necessary; it is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes or sold.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may submit requests to info@siendra.com.
